Showers and Stuff

While weddings are near and dear to our hearts, we also love doing invitations and other stationery for babies, sweet sixteens, corporate events and…yes, bridal showers too! We’ve been doing a lot of these recently, so I thought I’d give you a peek at the “not-so-wedding” stuff! Enjoy!

  24. That is not the only way to verify it. If the hardware has not been drastically changed all Microsoft had to do is reverse their irritating Registration process. I was screaming that last night when I couldn’t get a single person on the phone who spoke proper English and I was having to educate them on what a RAID is and how it works. This is another big part of Microsoft’s problem. I spoke to 5 people throughout last night, none of them had clue what a RAID is. I finally had enough and asked them if they knew the different between DDR2 and DDR3, if they knew what RAM even was, or what a processor did. Not one of the Indian reps had a freaken clue! I couldn’t believe it! I could see the RAID one I guess, but these are the reps that are supposed to help you and if deemed necessary escalate you to a higher tier, like someone who knows what the inside of a computer even looks like! Over half of my 7+ hours of fighting last night was wasting my time with the stupid automated response line and these morons who don’t know a thing about their product or what it runs on.
