When Whitney and Marcos came to meet with me a few months ago, they stumbled up on an invitation on one our display shelves and said, “this is it!”. They wanted an elegant invitation with just a touch of Asian influence. The cherry blossoms on this invite was the perfect “touch”. We switched up the colors from purples (in the example they saw) to the red, graphite and black shown below. I really love how this all came together and it just shows that sometimes you know what you want when you see it! Enjoy!

Elegant Touch
Black Tie Affair
Love this invitation! It’s so classic, simple and perfect for this wedding. Carrie and Josh are having a black and white wedding and wanted something that fit that theme. We paired a black backing with a white pearl top layer and add a thin black satin ribbon bow at the top. I loved how Carrie wanted the title of her response card to be “Be Our Guest”. Cute, original and a personal touch. Enjoy!

Glorious Green
Margot is a friend of Allie, my studio manager. Allie had the pleasure of working with Margot to come up with the perfect design for her invitation. I LOVE the colors and the use of the clover brocade pattern paper accents. The overall look is just so pretty and perfect for a summer wedding! I’m sharing some pictures below, but also received this wonderful email from Margot that I thought I would share too.
I’ve been getting tons of compliments on my wedding invitations. I’d say at least ten so far. I’m not sure if you have a page on your website that lists reviews, but here’s a nice statement from my friend “Margot, your invitations are by far the most beautiful invitation I’ve ever seen!! Seriously, I have showed it to EVERYONE! :) We look forward to sharing your special day with you. Love, Andrea” My boss, who is a very proper Southern gentleman, said, “Margot! Your wedding invitations are amazing. I’m serious. Everyone must be telling you this. But they really are.” Thank you both so much.

Showers of Fun!
We’ve been very busy recently with a string of bridal and baby showers. We love being asked to design bridal shower invitations for current clients, but we’re even more excited when past brides come back for invitations when they are having a baby! So, I wanted to take this opportunity to share a lot of pictures of some pretty shower invitations. Some of these designs would work for simple wedding invitations too (okay, so maybe not the ones with baby carriages, but you’ll know which ones will)! Enjoy!
