For all of our friends that have “like”ed us on Facebook, you have probably noticed something new over the past week. We have been posting a picture of one lucky bride’s invite in progress. We think this is fun for the bride and great for others to see what we are working on in the studio. If you would like to see more, please “like” us on Facebook too!
For those of you that have missed the feature, I’m including the photos we have posted over the past week. Enjoy them and I look forward to sharing more with you!

In Annapolis, THE chapel would have to be the United States Naval Academy Chapel. And, being that we are located in Annapolis, we have the honor of designing invitations for many Naval Academy weddings. A few years ago, I sketched the dome of the chapel for a client and I have to admit it is one of my most popular designs. We have changed the color of this dome so many times, but it’s still classic, recognizable and perfect for our military weddings.
In this design, Katie and Jerry picked very traditional colors of navy blue, light gold and silver. The combination came together so beautifully and really just makes me think of classic USNA wedding. Enjoy this pretty invite and maybe we can sketch your ceremony venue for our next design!

…April flowers?!?!?! I hope so, because today has been one rainy and gloomy day. I think this is the perfect invite to brighten all of our days. This pretty invite has beautiful orange and yellow tulips running along the top and accenting the insert cards. A light gold backing and white pearl top layer give just a bit of sparkle too. We are working with Sara and Josh on their wedding day accessories now…and there are more tulips…on the program and place cards! I can’t wait to see pictures from this wedding. Here’s hoping for Spring and pretty tulips to bloom soon! Enjoy!

I’ve been waiting for Fat Tuesday to share this Mardi Gras inspired invitation for Christine and Stephen. We designed this mask invitation, since they are having a masquerade ball reception…how fun! I just love the berry, silver and black color scheme too. I would love to be a fly on the wall for this wonderful wedding! Enjoy!
