Another fun real wedding to share tonight…Stacy and Eric were married back in May in Pennsylvania. We loved working on their stationery…from the folder style invites with peonies, to the wine bottle favor stickers and even a design that was shown on the big screen at the Heinz Field Stadium! Monica contacted me just a few weeks ago wanted custom invitations for her wedding. She wanted a classic look, but with a modern touch and to include a splash of deep red. While Monica was in the studio, she fell in love with the ecru micah regalia cardstock (Envelopments®) and wanted to incorporate that into the invitation. So, we used a gatefold design in the patterned cardstock that opened up to reveal their wedding invtation. We also included Punjabi text and some details into the invite panel to represent their culture and heritage. The invite is finished with a scarlet satin ribbon and monogram tag. Oh, and the envelope even had part of the regalia design on to the front of the mailing envelope. Love it! Enjoy!
Michaela contacted me via email to create a folder style invitation for her formal wedding in North Carolina. She wanted to incorporate a Celtic feel into the invite, but in a very classic and simple way. We used a pretty Celtic border in a single moss green color, and incorporated accents with invite backing and ribbon in the same color. The plum metallic folder completes the overall look. The folder style has a ribbon band on the left inside of the invite that holds the response set and additional insert cards. It’s a great alternative to the pocket style invitation. We shipped these invitations out last week, so hopefully Michaela and Gerald have received them! Enjoy!
Grace and Garrett are getting married on December 19th and Grace wanted an invitation that really highlighted the holiday time of the year.
