CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The Company relies on the expertise of Authorize.net, an experienced and trusted payment processing company. Credit card data collection occurs through the Authorize.net system, which will be reflected on your credit card statement as a purchase at “Allison Barnhill Designs”.

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND
After you approve your proof; your order will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Your orders will be shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail (to US locations). Shipping times vary based on your location. For samples, they will be mail via regular first class mail.
We do not provide shipping to areas outside the US, at this time. We can ship to P.O. Boxes.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS and REFUNDS
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order before our designers have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase minus a $15 processing fee. If you decide to cancel your order after our designers have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase minus a cancellation fee of $25. Once you approve your proof, we are unable to change your order. While we can’t refund your purchase, we will assist you with a discounted reorder.

Returns
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Because of this, we take great care to ensure the accuracy of each order before printing. Of course, if the error was ours, we will reprint the order at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@allisonbarnhilldesigns.com so we can assist you.

Refunds
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not provide refunds.

Due to the artistic content of our designs and the natural origin of many of our materials, there may be some slight variation from piece to piece. All of our products are individually inspected against the highest quality standards.

Review of Proofs is Your Responsibility
A professional designer adjusts the design for layout, sizing and spacing. Each order is rendered as a digital proof for approval before any printing begins. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. So we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of each order before printing. We ask that you carefully review your proof, as additional proofs and design work will incur a fee.
